We accept all returns within 30 Days as long as the items are returned in the exact same condition as when they were shipped. If you purchased a new aircraft or accessory you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping is covered by the buyer. Upon receiving the returned product you can expect a refund within 1-2 buisness days.

All products purchased will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We offer 3 different shipping methods and require signature confirmation on orders over 750$ in total value.

All products sold under Hyperflite Drones have recorded serial numbers and have registration with DJI for the deactivation of stolen products or orders where fraud has been committed. If you are not happy with your product please contact us to start a return.
